KFC

"I didn't wanna put any star on my review, because they don't deserve that. The manager of that restaurant is so rude, she is the worst manager of a restaurant I talked to so far. I ordered a 10 pc bucket, but they didn't give me the pieces I wanted. I showed the manager the recipt and she was so rude. She checked my order recipt and even after checking my recipt (which she shouldn't have) she didn't give me the pieces. I asked her who is the area coach of that restaurant, she told me that the name of the area coach is Bake or Bakey. We love KFC chicken but for some rude manager like hers, KFC is loosing their brand value. There is a saying, '' You lead by example'' and the manager is the perfect cause of all the 1 star review of that place. If the area coach of that restaurant is checking this review, please take actions against her and save that place."

"I have eaten KFC foods for decades and have always loved their food. Tonight my husband brought fried chicken home and whatever oil/grease it was fried in stuck to my lips, my teeth and my tongue. It was horrible! I had to wipe it off my lips and my tongue and brush my teeth. What a shock and disappointment! A revered food chain preparing something so nasty. I hope it is not done like this in all the franchises."

"I bought an 8 piece yesterday. I was driving off and noticed it didn’t smell like usual, well it turned out to be the worst trip I’ve made to KFC ever. The breast I tried to eat was tough and tasted old, my wife said the legs and thighs tasted old and refried. It looked good but there are 5 pieces in my trash can. I’m not going back to this location!"

"I ordered A 3 piece while chicken only. They gave me 1 breast and 3 wings. Never told me the was out of breast at the drive thru. It’s been years since I went to KFC and now they confirm me not to come back. You need to watch your young workers. I saw 1 person charge for one price and pocket money, so what did he ring up. Plus their customer service is bad."
