"Been coming here since it was Rick's diner in 2010. Came in Sunday morning Jan 14, for my son's birthday. A very nice young man greeted us and let us know he had a table for us by the window, he just needed to clear it. The previous guests were just leaving. While he was clearing the table a very rude woman came and told us it was reserved, we could not sit there and offered us a table in front of the door. She was very rude and her service was terrible. There was no reserved sign on that table, but hilariously the table she tried to seat us at was reserved. Way to treat a single dad just trying to have breakfast with his kids. She was totally unapologetic and rude. After 14 years I will not be back, ever. Also... No one got sat at the so called reserved table for over 10 minutes while we sat outside... Thanks for ruining our morning you rude bitter person. I feel sorry for you. Take solice in the small spec of power you exercised over a young family is the only worthwhile thing in your life. Congrats. Customers in your store trump any made up reservation you cannot even fill. If your employee seats a customer another employee should not come over and tell them they cannot sit there"
"This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. I recently had the bleu cheese and bacon burger and it was heavenly. The atmosphere is quite pleasant as long as you miss the lunch rush in which case it's rather noisy. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious."
"Well, folks. This is my new go-to diner. This was my first visit and I noticed the diner appears to cater to the retired professional and senior patrons. Of course there were other patrons and a few really cute children. The food was great. I had a taste for fried chicken for a month so that's what I ordered. The waitress warned me it would be 25 minutes because it's cooked when you order so it's fresh out the pan. It was worth the wait! The service was second to none. What I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere. The music wasn't too loud and perfect for meal time. While there was a full house it didn't feel crowded. Oh, and then there's the bar in view of the TV. Just go. You won't be disappointed I promise."
"Best food, atmosphere and service! The menu is HUGE and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day so there’s always plenty to choose from based on what I’m craving. Some of my favorites are the poor man’s club, pork chops, vegetable plate, waffles, and too many more to name. Their salads are always fresh. The prime rib on Friday nights is top notch. They have all the comfort food you could want, but also do dinner specials each week that are more “fine dining” so you really get a taste of it all here. They have catered for my birthday and family holidays too and it’s always amazing. I think the catering menu is even bigger than the restaurant one."
