"My daughter bought me a t-shirt in large. All I wanted to do is exchange it for a Medium. Exact same t-shirt print. The t-shirt I brought in had both the tags on it. But no receipt. They tried to pull it with my daughters name and phone number. She was not in their system so they won't exchange it. The guy said that if he cannot pull up the sale in the system... he can't exchange it. Seems like a fair policy ... except for I didn't want money back or another t-shirt. All I wanted was the exact same t-shirt in a smaller size."

"Paul and the staff at Hollister are wonderful! Such great service. I drove there from out of town, and called ahead to find out if a jacket was still there. Paul answered the phone and checked right away. After almost a two hour drive, it was there waiting. And as I was browsing, noticed how well the staff treated all the customers. Very eager and quick to help. Don't change a thing, it's a perfect system. I'll definitely be back to this store."
