"I really don’t like how the manager tried to play me I scanned my coupon and they no sometimes it don’t work but clearly she seen I had a coupon cause I showed her before I used it and what it was for she tried to act Like I chose the wrong store lol so she couldn’t take it they hate giving away free food but in this case it was earned with my money threw the McDonald’s app!!!!!"

"Since when does McDonald’s not have access to water? Asking for a small cup of ice water shouldn’t be embarrassing. Even more was being told this after the bank declined my $1.08 transaction. And after having just purchased a meal for $5. I was a paying customer. If only McDonald’s could view my app purchases from the last year. Probably about 43% of my take home salary is spent eating there. Anybody else notice how all of the outlets that were installed 6 years ago so people could charge their devices are all covered up?? This is the 3rd McDonald’s I’ve been in that I noticed that……. Why is @mcdonalds choosing water and electric as cost saving methods??? How do they wash dishes or their hands?"

"The manager Mariah has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She was incredibly rude towards me and other customers. Multiple times I've seen her ignore, belittle, and paying customers. I'm surprised she even made it this far in the service industry. I am beyond appalled with her behavior."

"Ordered a quarter pounder with no onion via Door Dash. Sandwich arrived cold, loaded with Mayo and Sliced Tomatoes. Since when has a quarter pounder ever come with those two ingredients?!?! Have called and called with no response from this location over the last 30-40 minutes. Disgusting!!"
