"I don't think I've ever placed an online order here that's ended up being correct when I pick it up. When I get home I see there's always items missing or wrong. I've ordered breakfast wraps and salad bowls where ingredients are missing that I've paid extra for or items get substituted or the order is just wrong. Today I ordered an Incredibowl and it was missing the mint, avocado, and sweet potato that comes on the bowl - that's 33% of the ingredients missing, yet I'm still paying full price for it. I hate to be so negative because I do think the staff is nice and the food tastes good usually, but I'm getting tired of there always being issues with consistency and quality in my orders. I'm not usually one too say a place is overpriced because I know there's a lot of effort and labor that goes into making food, but this place is definitely not worth it until they fix their quality issues. If I'm paying $12 for a salad bowl that doesn't even have any meat in it, it shouldn't be missing a third of the ingredients that come on it. It's really disappointing - if they could fix these consistency issues then they'd have a higher rating. Unfortunately I've been ordering here for years and this has always been a problem - I'd say definitely do not order online from here."
