"I normally never leave reviews even when service is bad, but this location just needs to cut its losses and close. Twice I have gone to this location during service hours, and I had to wait or ask an employee who's obviously on break if they were open because nobody was answering the drive-thru. Yet everyone else was standing inside talking and walking around. Once they started back working and I got my food, I had to have it remade because everything was given to me cold. I decided to try them again out of convenience because they are the closest location to me. Three times during my order the drive-thru worker cut me off while I was only ordering 2 meals. When I get to the window, my order was still messed up. After having to ring me up again at the window, they gave me stale cold fries and raw half cooked nuggets. I went inside to get some more fries, but I hadn't seen the nuggets yet, and about 6 employees were in the front just standing and talking again. When I told them the fries were stale and I would like some more and can wait the woman that took then made a remark under her breathe to the employee beside her who then went on to start joking about stale fries. She walks around to get more fries and says, "Drop some fries for this order" only to come back 10 secs later with fries from the same batch with more salt and said here there fresh."
"Poor service. Long wait time. Food was burnt. Highly recommend never coming here. Junk food"
"Just be aware that if you order and pay for a large fry, you will be receiving a half empty large fry container and have to argue with the drive thru employee for any sauce. Disappointed in the service today."
"September 9 2023 915am, the black people here are aggressive, and hostile, and proves the community is not safe. they failed to put that expensive 50 cent cheese on my already expensive biscuit and the black woman with the plump body and ragged hair basically came from the line aggressively to fight me as she was about as unprofessional and disrespectful as can be. THIS IS WHY STEREOTYPES HAPPEN. YOU MAKE YOUR COMMUNITY WHAT IT IS, AND BEING GHETTO AND LURKING WITH HOSTILITY AND BADMOUTHING THE CUSTOMER THEN TAUNTING THE ISSUE IS WHY MCDONALD'S IS SIMPLY UNSAFE FOR EVERYONE. I am tired of it. we are all tired of it. the line was rude, it was clear on the bag it is a cheese sausage biscuit and they are so ugly with their vibe, overall attitude, they cant even complete basic tasks for the customer. another customer also returned with their order wrong. whatever this woman's problem is, she needs help, needs God, and needs to be working somewhere else. her whole vibe is negative and brings the whole facility down. i would stay away from this adult woman, she could cause a hostile situation and harm herself or the community. hopefully McDonald's will realize what is going on, review their footage and remove her as a toxic team member. it is 2023, we should be past this, but some people you can't reach. so that's the way she wants to be, so this is how she gets it."
