"My brownie that I ordered through the app wasn't out while my drinks were ready, so I wanted to ask one of the baristas. I approached to 2 baristas and they straight ignored me. It felt like nobody wanted to help. I was standing there asking for help for a good 5 minutes. Turns out they forgot to bring out my brownie from the oven. Never returning here again."
"Beware this location (5100 Capital Blvd & Spring Forest Rd) is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!! The mgr, Wayne (white male), is the most ignorant & sarcastic jerk I've ever ran into. I placed an order there on 1/17/24 @ 257pm in the drive-thru. When I received my loaf it had paper in the bag w/my loaf. I politely asked the cashier to give me another loaf & the correct loaf that I ordered. I was again given the wrong loaf & loaf had been tossed in the bag upside down. I asked to speak to mgr, who was Wayne. He came to window & never identified himself as the mgr. I told him I felt I was being treated like nothing because I had a complaint, so they decided to purposely put my loaf in the bag upside down. They warmed my loaf (lemon), melted icing & threw it in the bag upside down. I stated that's not how STarbucks present their loaf to customers. Wayne stares at me & say, "Really lady would you like me to flip it for you.....you people?" He wouldn't let me continue to share my complaints but instead stood there repeating his sarcastic comment, "Do you want me to flip it for you?" I said, did you say, "you people & he repeated, " do you want me to flip it".. .. I'm boiling at this point, I ask for a refund & when he gave me my refund he was very rude making a signing noise like "huh". I asked his name, he responded, "lady" & grabbed his green apron pointing to his name & stated that's mgr. He walks away from the window & engage in a conversation with one of his employees (white male wearing a burgundy shirt & hair in ponytail without it being covered) about me again stating, "She didn't want me to flip it" and they both engaged and burst out in laughter together. I was livid; however another employee who was an AA female came to the window and asked if she could assist me - I declined. Her hair was covered, but not sure why Wayne & other employee hair wasn't covered. The white male who originally took my order was wearing a red, black & green hat in color I believe, never came back to help with my complaint at all.... instead stood in the window stating he could remove the paper & signed a noise like, "hum". This location is the WORSE when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm by no means racist in any form but this location tends to hire a great deal of Lgbt employees and I never understood why. I visit there frequently & at times when I approach to order I don't know what gender I 'm speaking with or seeing. I made a mistake once in responding yes Madame & it was a sir, I immediately apologized. The mgrs there are ALWAYS NASTY, SMART MOUTH, RACIST, RUDE & PRESENTING YOU WITH ATTITUDE...... ALWAYS!!!! They are the worse to deal with & STARBUCKS NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB with hiring better mgrs & staffs. I've never seen such bad behaviors at one location but when I do I surely write a review because I will not stand for being treated differently, nor disrespected!! Wayne was very rude & nasty with me and his actions toward me basically was in my opinion, He didn't give a hoot about me or my complaint!!! Why would Starbucks have anyone of such character representing them in a mgr role, WHY? I'm a senior citizen and I stated clearly to Starbucks, I'm not going to feel the color of my skin will mark the respect & service I get from Starbucks & nor am I going to be treated discriminatory where I live and pay taxes. Starbucks charges some hefty prices & if customers choose to patronized their business please make sure your customers are getting level up customer service & staffs that match your level up prices!! I'm very disappointed & unfortunately I was speaking with a caller from my car when this incident happened who witnessed all of these negative impacts I was faced with at this location. I lodged a complaint with Starbucks & was assigned a case #...... I'm livid & something has to be done ASAP & I'm planning to consult with an atty about this entire ordeal!!! Note: No STARBUCKS Mgr staffs (district, general, store Mgrs nor Owner) ever respond to ANY of these reviews.....Why, they obviously don't care about their customers!!!"
"They close their dining room at various times of the night. I work evenings so I wanted to go and get a coffee/snack and knock out some work. I get there at 6:40pm, purchase my items and sit down, the. The lady says “ Hey we are closing the dining room at 7pm…. I ask why, and she says oh because 2 of us get off at 7:30pm. If this was the first time I can understand, maybe they had a scheduling issue, but this is the 3rd time this has happens in literally 30 days. They are supposed to close at 9pm. There aren’t any alternate hours for the dining room posted on site or online. So what in the world.!!! Last 2 times they closed at 8pm. It seems that they just close whenever it’s convenient for them so they don’t have to stay a few minutes after closing to clean up! That’s not how the food service industry works. DO BETTER!"
"Busy location that did a good job of preparing our standard chai lattes & breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately the only available seating was taken up by someone who had set up their office and kept paying customers from sitting down."
"Honestly if I can give this location 0 starts i would. I'm so tired of spending $7 on a cup of coffee for them to not even make it correctly. This happens so often here and even when I say mocha around the cup and on top they put nothing. And when I give it back to them and tell them I asked for extra mocha after already being charged they drench it on top. These pictures are from 2 separate occasions. I've been told by people who actually work at a decent location that a mocha frap is SUPPOSED to have mocha around the cup and on the whip. So why is I have to be the one to tell them how to make it?? Then they get mad when I tell them it's not what I ordered. The icing on the cake is they ask for a tip before you can even get your coffee? Its amusing especially when they're hourly. These employees either don't care to do their jobs correctly or they aren't being trained"
