"The broccoli cheddar soup flavor seemed to have changed , tasted old this time and Turkey Bacon Bravo meat tasted funny also, very dry. I hoped they didn’t do like other businesses and change products for the cheaper brand."
"Darren is the most kind human and employee ever. He was so uplifting and encouraging and deserves all the good in the world. He did a great job being patient with me while I decided what to order. 5 star service! The food was excellent. "The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, and give you peace." :)"
"I did a rapid pick up order, pick 2, I ordered half a sandwich and broccoli & cheese soup. I got home and instead of broccoli & cheese soup, I got chicken noodle soup. I called the store at least 5 times and no one answered the phone. I called between 3:20 and 4:00. Unacceptably!"
"Yesterday I decided to eat here for lunch. I wanted the Baja chicken bowl and the Green Goddess Cobb salad. Yesterday was also my last visit to any Panera Bread establishment. I’ve had enough of grabbing my lunch with the wrong food or lack of ordered food. I’m tired of going back to get food that I should have received when I paid for it. The last straw for me is a perfectly shampooed/conditioned strand of hair dead center of my green goddess Cobb salad. I just threw it all away because I’m tired of hearing unsurprised managerial apologies. At this point I’m convinced this is one of the nastiest establishments in Raleigh. The managers don’t even look surprised anymore. They just say ‘ok, we’ll make you another one.’ I don’t want it anymore. The app has $119/yr drink subscription. The drink dispensers are filthy. There’s mold build up in and around where the cold tea comes out of the dispensers. I don’t recommend any food from this establishment. Gross! Nasty for putting hair in a customer’s food."
"This wasn't my first time going to Panera Bread but every other time I forgot my phone or camera. This is one of my wife's favorite places to go to. So it wasn't unexpected when she had a gift card and wanted to use it! There's ample parking in this Plaza where it's located. It even has a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside. Like every other time I've went there, the staff has been friendly. This restaurant was not available in Texas so every time I went in I've always had the cashier pick something that was their favorite, for me to eat. And this time around I got the chicken burger that I'm told is arrival of chick-fil-a's. A couple that with some mac and cheese and a beverage. The wife went with the Margarita Pizza that she loves, a sandwich and beverage. Both of them come with bread but there's a few other choices that you can choose from if you're not a bread fan. The food is tasty as always and I definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wanted to try. The only thing that I would say is the price tag is not like other fast food restaurants. Our food came to $42 so basically $20 per person as opposed to the $10 to $15 that seems to be the average at other places. I personally feel the food is well worth it."
