"I just recently moved into the area and I am so disappointed in my local chipotle! I've door dashed and walked into the restaurant but everytime my food is cold. Idk what that is all about but this location needs to work on the temperature of the food. When I door dashed an order it was about noon, the food was cold although it got to me super quick. The very next day I went in the store and ordered, I got home in 4mins and the food was COLD...not warm but COLD. Besides that the service is decent, the cashier was super friendly and kind."
"Absolutely incredible! The food was delicious, hot off the grill, WHAT CHIPOTLE USED TO TASTE LIKE BACK IN 2018. Staff was warm and polite. I love this place. I will literally drive miles out of the way to come here instead of the Eastgate Chipotle, which takes like dogfood by comparison. These guys should get a raise!"
"Worst chipotle location ever. Always issues with food. Rice not fresh, quac not fresh, ran out of white rice during rush hours. The staff barely understands English and always murmurs in response. You will have a hard time telling these folks what you want and don’t want and hearing what they say. Poor customers service overall. Sharing at you or talking among themselves in Spanish when you run into any of these above issues. Complained to customers services multiple times and they never improved."
"The employees were having some sort of conversation when I walked up and acted like it was an inconvenience that they had to stop and help me. I gave the man my order and he asked me 2 other times what I was ordering. Then to the toppings person. She was chatting with the others and but was helpful. I told the cashier I wanted a large sweet tea. I paid for my order and go to fill my drink and there was no tea. I asked the cashier if there was any sweet tea. The cashier looked around the corner and said “oh I guess not” and went back to the register. This was at 6pm. 5 hours before closing and they have no tea? This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to and this is my favorite burrito place."
"Ordered a steak bowl for delivery the lettuce was brown and dry, the rice was hard as if not cooked thoroughly and they had the nerve to give me 5 small pieces of steak for such a huge bowl when steak is the most expensive meat to order, extremely disgusted with them. I had to throw away my whole meal without being able to eat. A waste of $15"
