"Sometimes the food is okay but more often than not it’s very poorly made. Orders are frequently made wrong and most of the staff is very rude. The sandwiches lack the appropriate ingredients, there’s hardly any meat on the sandwiches. The staff doesn’t seem to care when they have a whole restaurant full of people waiting on their food. They still take their time with zero urgency. I had to wait 21 minutes for a sandwich and was the 5th person on the board when I placed my order. Unacceptable service"
