"Went to the drive thru with my mom and ordered 2 biscuits for a senior citizen which were good but the young lady at the window did not add the discount and I could hear her cursing and using profanities while I was at the the drive thru window. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Sad to see the service go down to such a low quality……"
"This is definitely one of the worst Bojangles in the Triangle. My biscuit was crispy from being over cooked and my sausage was so dry I almost choked on it. They also cross contaminated the savory biscuits with the sweet and everything tasted sweet. Beyond disgusting. If I had had time, I would have taken the food back."
"I ordered my usual, Cajun filet combo, mayo only, dirty rice, sweet tea. My sandwich came to me with a rock hard very stale bun, the mayo looked like it hadn't been refrigerated in days & appeared to have been globbed on with an ice cream scoop & the "sausage" in the dirty rice appeared to be actual dirt. I am convinced the quality of service I received was due to the color of my skin because of the cashier and kitchen staff snickering suspiciously & quickly looking away when they noticed I was looking at them."
