"First of all this place is false advertising. I got the Philly cheesesteak bowl and a build your own bowl and it was terrible and bland. #1 it’s so much rice , not enough toppings . There was no flavor at all on the meal . The peppers and onions on the Philly bowl were barely cooked . It was just awful . #2 on my build your own bowl my protein was chicken and the chicken had no flavor , it was almost as if they boiled it when on the menu it says GRILLED CHICKEN !! I could not believe my eyes when I seen the chicken. Overall the food was not worth the $20 I paid and I was extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend. Only thing that was good was the “tropical” smoothie , it was great!"

"I can’t believe a place like this exists in Locust. I left my wallet at my friend’s house so I was looking for a place I could order online that had healthy options. I got the Buffalo chicken bowl with the jasmine rice....YALL! It was unbelievable! That was so good, I’m actually about to order another on for dinner later after the gym. So glad this place is here."
"My husband and I LOVE UpFresh Kitchen! Eating healthy was a struggle with our schedule and having a toddler, but UpFresh has solved that and made eating better (and life in general for that matter) SO much easier. We’ve only been to the restaurant once since we live about 45 minutes away, but discovered it while in the area to see a friend. We ordered fresh food while we were there which was great; and also picked up a few frozen meals to try. We met and spoke briefly with the owner while we were there and he was so genuine and nice! He deserves all the success he has earned. We now order meal prep every week and have it delivered right to our apartment! Even after paying for the meals, delivery, and tipping the driver, it’s STILL affordable! And even more importantly, everything has been tasty and fresh. 5 Stars for both the food AND the service!!"
