"I used to love Panera, but getting subpar service has become more commonplace. This was a takeout order and I got the Teriyaki chicken bowl. This is without taking a single bite!!! I moved it to the side to show half the bowl was empty. In what world is this worth $13?! Total rip off and just unacceptable."

"Came to this location just to see if they say anything to me about helping myself to their lemonade because I had such a bad experience at Colonnade after i joined "sip club" thru the app, which is a nightmare. The bathroom is nasty. Will go to Starbucks instead in the future."

"We had the Broccoli and Cheddar soup, and it was nice. The cashier Lorrie was super sweet and very helpful. One of the guy-staff though shouting at his peers and it wasnt nice to see that."

"No self service kiosks which are very convenient and ease the ordering process. Staff was OK, but the place seemed dirty. The kitchen looked messy and tables needed to be cleaned. Positive: Good location in North hills with plenty of parking spots nearby."

"I can't speak for the food, but as a coffee spot, absolutely exceeds expectations! The shop is always very clean, organized, and emits a warm/homey ambience, which I highly appreciate before/after work. The coffee is always piping hot, and you can see them routinely changing out the brew (unlike Starbucks, trust me...). The same goes for the coffee creamers and condiments. Sometimes the cups seem to be out of large in the evenings, but they're available is you check by the lemonade/order pick up counter. Overall, this location is refreshing, sanitized, organized, and the Staff always are respectful and have a positive demeanor toward not only guests, but to each other (can't say the same for the other 6 forks panera by whole foods.) Keep up the great work!"
