"Me and my family went here this morning for breakfast. We ordered 3 sausage biscuits and a club sandwich at 12:07 PM. We did not receive our food until 12:42 PM. Although the place had a lot of people it had many staff members. They staff was more concerned with playing and talking than getting food out. I will never return to this Biscuitville."
"Overall Rating: 6.2/10 Despite the rush of peak hours, Biscuitville provided a surprisingly laid-back experience with very good food that stands out for a fast-food chain. Atmosphere / Service: 7.1/10 The service shone brightly, especially for fast food. The staff member who served the food made a lasting impression with her sincere "Have a blessed day" greeting, making the experience even better. The place was busy yet managed to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Food: BLV Bacon Egg Biscuit: 6.2/10 The sandwich was not only tasty but also filling, which is more than what's usually expected from a fast-food option. Loaded Fries: 7.3/10 The loaded fries were exceptional. Every bite was perfect, with well-seasoned fries and a harmonious blend of sauce and cheese, crafted better than some sit-down restaurants. Value: 7.2/10 Spending about $10 for a filling biscuit sandwich, a drink, and a side, coupled with the pleasant experience, seems quite reasonable."
"Great biscuits! All of the different sandwiches they serve on this vessel are delicious. They do offer some platters but I prefer the sandwiches, there is something about biting into the biscuit on each end then reaching all the goodness in the center. Breakfast combo was about $8 so pricing is very reasonable for these handmade balls of goodness."
"Thanks so much to the great customer service that I received from almost the entire staff today. They were very friendly and even engaging. The cashier was very nice, maybe the manager (I think she had on a green shirt, different from the others) was very nice, and the employees passing through were also very nice. I came in after 1:50 (they close at 2pm) after leaving a different location that was very slow. I nicely asked if it'd be ok if I order as they would be closing soon and I was ordering platters for myself and a few others; they were very friendly and assured me that is was no problem at all. They said it would be made fresh, and it was, and was made quickly! Great experience. Thanks again!"
"My brother found this place and noticed how packed it continued to get while sitting at the Subway across the street. Naturally, we had to visit before leaving town. From the moment we walked it, it was a positive experience. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I ordered the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit sandwich, it has double meat & cheese - YUMMILICIOUS! The hashbrown was pretty standard. My brother ordered the pancake platter. We both enjoyed our breakfast very much!"
