"I don't usually leave reviews, but definitely have to. No complaints, especially when I placed my order after 930pm. Great service. Order my food on the website, set up a text tracking, was greeted with a smile, pay for my food and left. In and out of the door in 3 mins. Pizzas and dessert was still fresh and warm when I got home. Much appreciated!"
"I have never in my life been so disrespected by the owner of a business establishment and his employee. I went to Domino's Pizza on six forks road in Raleigh NC store number 7315, to make an order for a large pizza. At first, everything was going well, and then I asked how long the pizza would be finished, and the gentleman said 20 minutes. I said ok then sat in my car about 30 minutes, and it still wasn't made, not done but made. I overheard the lady, saying to the guy, making the pizza, "Can you make her pizza?" She told me 7 more minutes. I said ok then got back in my car, sat there about 25 more minutes. I got out and asked if it ready she says no but stated they only got one oven working, but I'm watching other orders going out, and people who came after me were getting their orders. I told her that I have to pick my son up from daycare, which I didn't want to pay a late fee for being late. She had an attitude then says it's coming out, then asked the guy packing it up, did I pay for it. I responded back and said, "Are you serious? Of course I paid for it. You have to pay before it's being made." I asked for the manager. He was the rudest business owner I have ever seen in my life. He cut me off and told me not to come back. He really makes Domino's Pizza look bad. I can imagine how he treats his employees. He also accused me of stealing a pizza. I told him I paid for my pizza and you know this. I then said, "Give me my money back. He asked me for my name, pulled me right up and gave me my money. I asked for corporate information. This isn't my first time here and I wanted to give it a second chance but I will never go back and I hope this reaches the CEO of Domino's because its there name and I know this behavior can't be the model of this company. This is his franchise with his name plus contact number for corporate, which I will be calling as well."
"Even though they were having lots of technical difficulties. The staff were polite to customers AND each other. Food was made to order, smoothly as if there were no problems around them. Staff was impressive, so nice today to see!"
"New to the area. Tried this particular Dominos for the first time. They didn't disappoint. We ordered carry out and the staff greeted us with kindness and was very helpful. Food was really good and hot. We will not hesitate using this location again."
