"Staff is always nice enough, but clearly not enough people ever working at this location. went in last night for curb pickup and had to wait 25 minutes for my food, and then had to go inside anyway to grab it. Super nice guy named Marcus was holding down the whole front end by himself. What a trooper. They really need to hire more people. Food is always reasonably good and the place is clean. Just very slow to get food."

"Deserves negative stars. Lazy workers. Long waits. Have to “reboot their system” every other hour. I get it, you’re not getting paid top dollar but 10% effort is enough to keep me from complaining. But here I am. Complaining. Workers are always high."

"I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's, but it works in a pinch. I've gone to this location in the mornings and afternoons here and there over the past few months. A lot of the time I visit, there is an older lady running the drive thru. EVERY TIME I go pickup my food, her bright, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor absolutely makes my day. I keep forgetting to catch her name, so I can properly acknowledge her 5-star customer service to the management. All McDonald's are mid at best, but her attitude and personality with the customers is what has me coming back to this location. Food? Meh. Price? Not too bad. Speed? Very quick. The service when she's working? Impeccable."

"Open 24 hours, a plus when so close to a college campus. Staff are usually friendly, albeit not that attentive. Kiosks sometimes are broken, and register checkout sporadically available. Food comes out decently fast and tastes fine, so not the biggest issues."

"Service was nonexistent since they decided they didn't need to serve drive thru tonight. About 20 cars in the 2 lanes for over 30 minutes... and that was before me and others finally left. This place is a joke. The staff is ALWAYS rude. The service is ALWAYS terrible. The order is ALWAYS wrong. The only reason I went back was because someone told me that it was under new management. I won't be fooled again. Now I am 5 minutes away, enjoying a nice tasty cheeseburger from Burger King. My order was right, the staff was friendly, and from arrival to eating was less than 3 minutes. The best thing the "new management" could do would be to sell to Bojangles so they can demolish the building and have the larger parking area."
