"Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. It’s a minimum 15 minute wait no matter what you go and it’s always incredibly busy and understaffed. No one works the registers so you can only order by your app or using the self service kiosks (which don’t provide receipts). Then you’ll be waiting forever."

"I am giving this place a HUGE ZERO!!! This is the second time we’ve been here and the overall experience has been the worst of any McDonalds, and that’s saying a lot. Tonight we sat for at least 10 minutes at the drive thru with no response. We decided to call to make sure they were open even though it said 24 hours. They did not respond, but came on the speaker. We didn’t see our order or get an amount. All we got was come around in a very hateful tone. We got there and received two drinks. One was literally see thru, but was given to us. We tasted it and it was like dirty carbonated water, with no flavor. When we questioned him he said oh well guess we don’t have Coke, what do you want instead. I said I guess Coke Zero….response was nope don’t have that, what do you want? I was stunned!!! We drove off. The time before that, we were stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before people left, that allowed us to leave without even ordering. Guess we were stupid for coming back. Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant!!!"

"If you’re thinking of going to this McDonald’s for a good experience with fast service and good food, you should reconsider immediately. Worst experience ever. Wait at drive thru just for someone to finally take order was 20 minutes not because they were busy but employees don’t care. Then get to window, pay and receive order which is wrong. Employee working window extremely rude and disrespectful and of no help at all. Drove away in frustration without my correct order or any offer from employee to make it right or offer a refund. DO NOT go to this McDonald’s. Just horrible!"

"09/19/23 I arrived at McDonald's on Blue ridge at 11:05 p.m. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited approximately 1 minute. Then was told I could only order drinks. Yes that's correct I could only order drinks. What kind of place is this. The male manager is always serious and never says thank you when you get your food. They often make mistakes on my order. The soda taste nasty just like every McDonald's does now. I don't know what McDonald's did to their soda but it is all nasty and doesn't taste anything like bottled soda from the store. So I will never go out of my way to go here again. I don't know what is wrong with Raleigh. Why are the people rude and the fast food places awful. I can not wait to go back home."

"Medium fries were half full. My chicken sandwich was basically overcooked and tasted like rubber. Bread was hard and burnt too. The sad part is that, besides breakfast, this isn't the first time the food was terrible. I figured to give them one more chance but this takes the cake. This is probably one of the worst McDonald's restaurants in Raleigh."
