Jersey Mike's Subs

"Out of all of the Jersey mikes I’ve been to, this location by far was the most chaotic of the bunch. Before I was even able to select what I wanted on my sub, I was rushed to the cash register to checkout. I then had to go back into the line to finish selecting what I wanted on my sub sandwich. The same process continued for everyone else in line. Thank goodness that I remembered to ask about my drink, because in the midst of being rushed by the cashier, she never gave me my cup. If you don’t know what you want before you walk inside the store, go ahead and turn around."

"Extremely rushed by cash register attendant. It made the experience chaotic. As soon as I ordered my sub , I was rushed down to the register to pay. I had to get back in line and squeeze between other people to pick my veggies."

"I'm that person...I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I felt awful about it and apologized but the staff were amazing and fixed my 2 sandwiches perfectly! Akerria smiled her beautiful smile and was so kind even though I'm sure she wanted to rip my head off for coming in at closing time. She laughed and joked with me and assured me that it was no problem that I came in at the last possible minute. Nasir was also super friendly and never made me feel like a last minute jerk! The entire staff were friendly and helpful but Akerria and Nasir really stood out and delivered perfect customer service! The sandwiches were perfect, the store was clean and the employees were amazing. This Jersey Mike's is an asset to our community and I will happily give them my business! Thank you, Akerria and Nasir...y'all deserve a raise for being so kind and welcoming!"

"They did me a solid. I messed up my online order. They made me a new sandwich and didn't charge me. They didn't have to do that but they did. That's customer service. The sandwich is always good."

"Terrible experience and very unprofessional staff. The two younger women were too busy flirting and having personal conversations to worry about anyone else. Wanted to see the guys dog and talking about his license plate. Meanwhile, I and another customers order was mixed up. I ordered 3 sandwiches and only received 1. Meanwhile, the other customers received the rest of my order and nothing that they ordered. Whats worst is that my food was opened with the bread separated, which meant it was touched by the other customers. Instead of it immediately being remade, she attempted to hand me the already opened sandwichs. They did remake at my request, but this could have all been avoided if only they were paying attention. The guy felt so comfortable that he left and came back to slide his number to the young woman at the register. The two older employees were amazing and stuck to their work despite having to remake items."
