"Fuquay Varina Home Depot that's bad.....can't even use a gift card from where my wife returned something with out having my wife present with her driver's license. Nope thats ridiculous. Way to make your customers jump through hoops. Needless to say I won't be back. Poor. Customer service."

"Karen from the returns department was very disrespectful, very rude, very mean, she was being racist. I don’t want to go into more details it’s is very painful the way she behaved with me. Karen, If you don’t want to be at front desk please don’t be, if you don’t know how to talk to customers please don’t. You ruined my day. I hope she reads this and learn how to treat people. Thanks to the manager she was polite and very helpful."

"Love this place! Everyone is so nice and very helpful. The plant section is very good and sometimes you can even find deals! The store is always super clean… even the bathrooms. Abbey in the paint section is very very nice and knowledgeable about the different types of plants and finishes etc! Thank you Abbey!"
