Dunkin'

"Don’t recommend. I’ll stick to Starbucks or I’ll continue to visit the Dunkin on Capital Blvd. Update: My significant other stopped by yesterday morning to grab a bagel w/cream cheese (see below). Well since he wasn’t satisfied with it and obviously paid his money he requested that it be made again. The worker then mumbles something under his breath, but my significant other could not hear it, so he went inside and asked what was said, apparently it was something vulgar and uncalled for - he said something to the affect of p**** bagel and he didn’t want to remake the bagel or refund the bagel. The manager stood there and didn’t intervene nor make the proper attempt to address the matter. They were really unprofessional and that is completely unacceptable!!"

"Ordered through app coffee and a bacon, egg breakfast sandwich. Coffee was excellent, but sandwich was not as flavorful as other establishments and it was just barely warm"

"I stopped in the other morning to get a breakfast sandwich, a dozen donuts and some coffees. I was told that I had to order by using the computer. I couldn't get it to work properly, but I'm not much of a computer fan. I was told that they couldn't help me. I was shocked! It's ok. Heritage Donuts was happy to have my business! I'll never go to DD again!"

"This location would not accept a $50 bill to pay for my order. I don't really care about the circumstances or why. To me that's unacceptable."

"I see some of the more negative reviews are 6 months old or so. I’m not sure if something has changed here since then, but I’ve had mostly positive experiences since coming to this location within the past month. I got tired of the issues another nearby Dunkin was having, and started driving the extra 5 minutes to this location instead. I order ahead with the mobile app, and my order has been ready to go and accurate every time. Once they didn’t have a sandwich ready (my fault- I forgot to click to pay until I was only a minute or 2 away), and they had me pull to the front of the store and brought it out as quick as they could. The people working are often friendly, and only once recently was one guy a bit unpleasant, but maybe he was having one of those days. The line has always been pretty short at this location as well, and moves along quickly, which is a plus. Occasionally the decaf latte will have a soapy, under-extracted taste, so I don’t know if this is a training issue or a machine issue. The food is good here- croissants are toasted nicely and the new wraps are filling and really tasty."
