"One employee, Dylan Fauser, threw a stale bread bowl at my elderly grandmother causing her to fall and break her hip. I went again a week later and saw him placing bets on a fight between two homeless men that he orchestrated. I will never dine at this establishment again."

"Just ordered Panera for lunch for the first time in like...a decade? It was amazing. Everyone there was friendly and my lunch was the perfect portion and hot. Will definitely be back!"

"I wish I could give negative stars. I wish I could give them rotten tomatoes. They get 57 rotten tomatoes. Mobile order gone bad. When I walked in I told the cashier I was new to the app and didn't know how the mobile orders work. They didn't get it the cashier said. I asked for the manager. She saw that my phone was displaying my cash app receipt which said "pending" and she claimed that it meant they didn't receive orders while pending. I told her that had nothing to do with them. I had confirmation thru the PANERA app the order was in the past. I said I would help myself to a drink while she figured it out and she made moves to touch me and I said if she touched me she was toast which is irony to a hungry person. See my video. I got cold food. They had my order the whole time. When I came back the same manager said that "it was waiting on the counter" the whole time. So they are terrible and I almost got arrested for asking for food I paid $16 for. Cold food. I don't even want it anymore. I am owed a refund and an apology. I will not hold my breath. Hope they go out of business because they are the WORST. Sip club can s@$& it."

"Placed a large order through the app during breakfast. In addition to the breakfast items I also ordered a salad for my lunch later. Was very pleased with the care taken preparing and packaging the items. This is one of my favorite Raleigh locations."

"I came home and took a bite out of my sandwich and thought why does it taste horrible? I asked for Mayo and onions. I guess it was forgotten. But why does it look so pathetic when opening up the sandwich. I never had this sandwich look like this or taste like this. I'm so tired of spending my money on Panera and something is wrong or forgotten or missing. I'm going to have to give them a break."
