"Fries were old and looked like they were put in fryer again. Asked for honey mustard got hot mustard. I am Hispanic so don’t get on me, but the person at the window SHOULD understand English or work only in the back! Could not understand me AT ALL!! Another reason, why I think it is ludicrous to pay these people $20 an hour. Ridiculous!!!"

"No napkins to wipe the previous customers food off the table. Just like the last McDonalds we went to, all of the napkins, condiments, etc. are behind the counter which is inconvenient considering it means we have to wait on someone at the counter to speak to us, bad attitude and all just to get a straw they forgot to bring out...and listen to a disgruntled employee say "don't forget the customer complaint" as they walk out."
