"I love brueggers but the Hillsborough location gives you absolutely NO cream cheese. It is not worth it to add cream cheese to you bagel. I am very disappointed with my food and will be trying out the avent ferry location from now on."

"UPDATE I responded to the owner's request by filing a report on their website. No action was taken; they never even bothered to reach out to me. Now their only other location near me has closed down. Time to find a new bagel store. ORIGINAL REVIEW This is a terrible location. I went in this morning to buy 8 everything bagels. Nothing else. An order like that should take 30 seconds, especially when there are no other customers in the store. After paying (and tipping), I waited several minutes before noticing the two women 'making' my order didn't have a clue. I turned back to the woman at the register and asked her why it was taking so long. She said, 'They're new.' I asked if she could please help them, since it was taking way too long for 8 bagels. She said, 'No. They have to learn.' She stood there watching these 2 poor women struggling to wrap 8 bagels - with nothing on them - individually in paper. In order for them to 'learn,' don't they have to first be 'trained'? I asked the 2 women if they could get the manager, and they pointed to the woman behind the register, identifying her as 'Alexa.' I won't return to this location."

"Got up 5:30am on a Sunday to get the kids bagels at their request before church… checked the app and the google business listing to confirm the store opens at 6am… arrived to find a printed sign in the window that Unfortunately we will be opening at 7am… well enjoy your 1 star review…"

"No inside seating. My order was made incorrectly, but they they made me a new bagel no problem. The bagels were good, but the no inside seating was as too bad."

"I had really high hopes for this place, as I've not had a bagel sandwich in quite some time. Sadly, what I received was very basic, luke warm, and just overall average. The bagel was a bit stale, and the meat and cheese used seemed very cheap. That said, the staff was incredible. At the time of my visit, they were not allowing indoor dining."
