"Make sure to let someone at the counter take your order. Unless you know how to use the self serve kiosk you can easily charge yourself too much for what you want. Had soup and a sandwich. The cream of chicken was warm, while my coworkers bowl of soup was so hot he had to wait 5min to try it. (Our plates came out simultaneously.) The grilled cheese,.. sadly the easiest sandwich to make but what a mess.. bread barely buttered or toasted, the cheese was not melted and the bacon I added was stringy and not cooked well enough to be on a sandwich. This location is very busy and I was surprised to have the experience I did. Staff was helpful. The carpets need to go the decor is old and dated and needs an uplifting upgrade, otherwise the atmosphere is dated."

"There are some crazy, terrible smell in this café. It’s likely something they’re cleaning with, but it is ruining the entire atmosphere. Also, when to get some hot water for my tea, and the hot water was completely cold. Asked at the serving counter for some hot water, and they delivered it to me. Told him the hot water carafe needed to be changed, and he said it wasn’t his job. Crazy crazy crazy"

"I’ve never had an issue here then all of a sudden the one day I want something, it was a horrible experience. Ordered drive through at 6:30am..store was supposed to open at 6. Drive through was blocked off, doors were still locked, people were in the kitchen but no one was paying attention. I had to leave and go clock in at work then come back. Drive through was still closed after 7am, I went inside to get my food, got to work, took one bite and immediately had to spit it out. The amount of pepper they put on the bagel was horrible. It’s like the pepper shaker too came completely off and they just left it on the sandwich. Again, I’ve never had an issue but this was a bit much today."

"Went there for lunch between appointments. My food was ready quickly and was just as I had requested. I ordered the Napa chicken salad sandwich without tomato and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Ordered a cup of ice green tea from an associate through drive through on Thursday at 4:50 pm; rude and unprofessional. Went to get another one on Saturday; it happened to be the same person but she was a little professional. Got to the window and she handed me the drink and she said no ice as well. Good memory. Taste the green tea , it was just a sink water with no taste or flavor at all. This location customer service never been within average and not to mention the poor quality of food as well. I have spoken yo the manager out of care and to help them to improve."
