HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

"I will NEVER order from HD Supply again. They failed to deliver my order, failed to provide a refund or replacement, and now send harassing collections notifications every few months despite multiple communications to their service department. Details below. I purchased 2 doors from HD Supply in October 1, 2022. October 5, 2022 one door in the incorrect size/style was delivered. I opened up a case with HD Supply to have them pick up the incorrect door and provide a replacement of the 2 doors I originally ordered. They created a new order for 2 new doors. I was advised on October 28, 2002 that the door would be picked up within 3-4 business days. Over a month later, on December 7, 2022, the door had still not been picked up, a second door was never delivered, and I had never received a refund. I opened and received a chargeback with my credit card company at this time. Over the next several months I received several collections notices from HD Supply. I continue to receive such reminders to this day despite multiple responses to let them know I never received the items on the order and I will not be paying for them."

"Terrible Customer Service. I have been waiting 3 months for HD supply to come pick up 3 doors. I call every other week and they promise that someone will be arrive in 3-5 days to pickup the return order. For THREE months HD Supply has been giving me the run around. How long is giving someone the runaround acceptable? I even had an account manager promise me she would go to the warehouse everyday herself until the doors were picked up. Doors are still here...."
