"Place is slow as molasses and poorly trained staff. The floor and drive thru is ran by a mentally challenged lady who talks back at customers and gets away with it, tries to assault people even with the manager with her. Food is always prepared wrong missing items. I have no problem with hiring people with disabilities however when it impacts the line of work like in this case it is totally unacceptable."

"They went thru some sort of management change in the last few months. Some "man" is running the floor and since he came this place went to the dumps. Used to get food and even hot espresso drinks as late as we wanted but now over an hour before they close he has the audacity to refuse service???? Wanted a hot mocha and he said they have "new hours" (they've closed at 11pm for a long time, before he came) and they have to close things early. Got a coke and sprite instead and was very amused to have a quarter of the drink missing. They don't fill even near the top. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Run away. If you're the owner of this mcDs you best handle this new staff/MGMT because they're driving people away effortlessly.i used to come here 4-5x a week since I live up the road but barely want to come anymore. There used to be a Hispanic lady who was manager and she ran the place better than anyone, used to be the best McDonald's but now it's easily the worst. The new MGMT is horrendous and extremely rude. To anyone reading this, please avoid wasting your time and go somewhere else. Not worth the extremely rude management and mediocre food."

"Stood at counter and was told no staff and a sign. No order takers. I was told I had to use a kiosk. I only had cash. Told me no cash at this location. She then walked off. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen."

"Drove here after seeing midnight was the closing time on google maps, waited in line with 6 other cars until I finally walked up to the window, guys said it closed at 11. When I suggested they change their closing time on google they said they can’t. Small frustration that will definitely add up if not addressed."

"The dining room was open but dirty. Not one clean table. If you take a number to dine in they don't bring it nor call it. Cannot use cash because they refuse to operate the register and you can only use the kiosk. Sheetz is a throw stone away. Go there instead."
