"Sold me a dryer that wasn’t thoroughly test and doesn’t run or start after 2 minutes of use. They refused to come get it or even negotiate on any kind of halfway point, even something as simple as reimbursing me for the transportation of the dead dryer. The manager basically called me an idiot for not running a full test on it immediately after purchasing it when I had no means to do that and they wouldn’t let me do that at the store. His team should have ran a full cycle on it when they received it. Removed the back of the dryer to find out it was completely rusted and corroded. It should have gone in the trash but instead they sold it to me at an inflated rate of 180 for a 10 year old dryer. Do not buy anything with wires from Habitat."
"Apparently they don’t pick up in the rain (for a pre-scheduled pick up arranged weeks in advance) if it happens to be raining that day. Of course, they don’t tell you this until the day before, and they still show up to tell you this in person (why???). My husband asked one of them to help him move the couch we were donating to the garage (which they were supposed to be there to pick up) and he wanted money from us to do that. We will never donate to this organization again."
"If I could give no stars I would! This is suppose to be a second hand store to help those who need to shop reduced pricing. This place is ridiculous. Everything is over priced and not worth it. Don’t you guys know if we could afford your prices we could go buy New. 600! 700! Dollar sofa sets? 2500 dollar air condition units? Reupholstered furniture using the old fillings. You’re not helping anyone. Everything is donated/give n to you for FREE of charge. You really need to lower your prices. I will not buy anything else from you and I advise everyone to reconsider purchasing at the rehab store and don’t get ripped off by them! Thanks. No thanks!"
"A great shop! The space is really large and they have a decent dish collection which you don’t find at all Restores. The book collection is also massive and they have a nice setup if you wanted to sit down and browse a little. Of course, the furniture is awesome. The store is super dog friendly! The staff all loved on my dog and were super respectful of her space. Love it here!"
"The employees are always nice and helpful. I usually check in over 2 times in a month. Never know what lovely items they have received. This crystal lamp was only 15 dollars a year ago!"
