"I’m about to start asking for cream cheese on the side cause holy cow do they skimp you. 3rd time in a row there’s basically none at all. If you order just a regular bagel & cream cheese you’re fine but if you order a breakfast sandwich that has CC on it, good luck you will get none. Stinks cause that is my favorite part of the bagel. Bummer."

"Have been to this store many times over several years with satisfaction. Great service and great products. But yesterday, 1 Nov, I had a disappointing experience. We always get 2 smoked salmon sandwiches. My wife's was excellent as usual. Mine was short on salmon, short on onions and very short on capers and tomato :{ Hopefully it was a one-off bad morning for someone. With kind regards, FJU"

"This location deserves more than 5 stars!!! I work close and get a bagel 4 out of 7 days of the week, these are the most amazing and CONSISTENT bagels I’ve ever eaten. I can not say enough good things about this location!!!"

"First time visiting this location usually go to wade ave. location or the avent ferry location but any ways. I was expecting a drive thru looked around and none in sight and was forced to go in. No inside dinning option available yet for those who like to eat in. Looks like a worker shortage like every other place in town. The bagels were ok but was not able to tell difference between the onion and plain bagels. The bagels were a little odd shaped and not consistent size I would just blame this on the employees baking skills and guess quick overturn in employment that’s probably taking place. Until than bagels will be subpar. Good luck."
