"I mean it's Starbucks. The barrista that took my order was nice and friendly. One of the drinks I ordered was supposed to be hot but was made iced. The barrista apologized and remade it for me."

"Every time I come here the baristas are exceptional! But today was so horrible I don't think I'll return. A barista made my drink wrong..I saw her use dairy milk when I'm allergic and asked for almond (which is what was on the tag). When I pointed out and kindly asked it be remade, she rolled her eyes and all but tossed the drink towards me. When she made it properly, she slammed it down so hard at me the lid popped off and it spilled. I had the audacity to ask for napkins and a beverage holder for 3 drinks and she said "we have none" and walked away. Really disappointed, I spend a lot at this location, but not anymore."

"Decent store but needs a multitude of improvements. No whipped cream No Grande cup The crew was understaffed to handle all the orders. Customization was not done as requested during the order. But only the drink saved us, it didn't disappoint us , that's the only saving grace., That's why it's three stars."

"I ordered matcha latte online while I was shopping at the mall. When I came to pick up, it was late 30 mins and someone took my order. I had to wait for long time there before I can talk to someone about my order and one made me another one like this. Seriously, this is my favorite drink and I have it 4 times a week, it’s never light like this, taste just like I’m drinking milk, I took the pic of the drink I got today and a drink I got another day that it’s supposed to be like that. Very unhappy about her attitude when I asked her about if she is sure it’s right one"

"We have been to this Starbucks location a few times at the mall. They are always so quick with the orders. We usually do a mobile order and by the time we arrive, they are ready. The baristas are friendly and make the best drinks! The order is always correct and the perfect temperature!"
