First Watch

"This place was great! Always love a solid First Watch. Good service, filling food, almost a diner experience (the Platonic ideal, but if all met its ideals, the world would be a boring place indeed). Also, surprisingly cold here on the winter morning that I visited, almost as if the AC was running - but that didn’t take away much from the experience, cold is good for the soul. Glad they open up at 7am, it feels wonderful to be able to get a breakfast meeting in so early! All in all, highly recommend and I’ll be back here next time I’m looking for a nice breakfast in the area."

"First watch is probably my favorite chain restaurant. I usually avoid chains but First Watch provides quality and familiarity but still feels like it is not a chain. The First Watch at Corners Parkway in Brier Creek is wonderful! They are not quite as busy as other locations which makes it that much better. The food is always hot, fast and fresh. The service is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Their special dishes (like the ones pictured - pastrami breakfast sandwich, blackberry lemon French Toast, and Seoul Hash skillet) are amazing, and their usual dishes are also wonderful. With a sizable and diverse menu, you can come back frequently and try something different and exciting each time. The ambiance is always upbeat and friendly. If I had ONE suggestion, ensure the table carafe of coffee is hot and not just warm - not enough of an issue to dock a whole point, but something that should be considered"

"I stumbled upon this fantastic brunch spot in my neighborhood, and it's truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is impeccably neat and tidy, while the cuisine is simply delectable. I can't recommend the salmon and veggie frit enough – it's a must-try!"

"The young lady who sat us kind of threw me off because she looked very mean and upset. Even my angel 5 year old daughter couldn't make her smile. But thank goodness for my server Yaq!!! She greeted us with a smile and took care of us giving us an experience that will allow me to return. My daughter loved the chocolate chip pancakes and I love that they have non pork options like turkey and chicken sausage. My plain pancakes were good and the visit went great, after the mean hostess."

"This was my first time at first watch & the experience was top tier to say the least . I ordered the eggs Benedict with potatoes & every part of my meal was absolutely delicious & The mimosas were great. I can’t remember the name of my hostess but she was absolutely phenomenal, I also had the opportunity to speak with a young man by the name of Jarell who was absolutely the sweetest. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing first experience at first watch. My friends and I will be back again for brunch ."
