"Not sure what the issue was for the service tonight. We came on 1/28 at 11pm and got amazing service, piping hot food, and friendly service. We found ourselves needing dinner late again after work so we stopped by this Taco Bell location again because we had just had a 5 star experience the night before. We waited at the speaker for a few minutes and no one said anything. We finally said “hello” and a voice on the speaker immediately answered that they were closed. Odd because this. Location closed at 1am. Why not say that when the cars pull up or cut the lights off so people know you’re not in operation? Not a good experience. As you drive around you see staff in the lobby. Whoever was working the night shift on 1/28 bring them back and have them train the rest of the staff because they do it right!"

"One of the best drive-thrus I've ever been through no matter the fast food joint. Extremely polite, and nice with a smile that did not seem fake or forced. I do not leave a lot of reviews but felt this deserved one. Did not get the cashiers name , wish I had. It was around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday January 28th. Thank you"

"I arrived at this location at 12:04 AM and they told me they cannot take any other orders except for mobile orders that have already been processed despite them closing at 2 AM. They claimed they were behind on online order so they couldn’t take any other order so that they could catch up. However, the store was completely empty. Only two cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive-through either so I’m not sure where exactly these mobile orders are going to at 12 AM when they close at two it seemed like just an excuse to not work and they’re just really stealing money and stealing time while they’re there until they close at 2 AM as I was driving past the drive-through and overhear them just giggling and laughing inside. Definitely did not seem like they were busy or stacked online orders to process."

"This place is incredibly understaffed so the employees are never overly friendly as I'm sure they are overwhelmed. The food is the same you would get at any taco bell but we often are missing items. The dining room has never been open when I have went so i can't say if it is clean or not."

"I’ve been a Taco Bell customer for years and after moving to the area a little less than a year ago, we have been here a dozen times or so. Every time, our order has been missing items. Several times we were not able to go back due to the dining room being closed and the drive thru line a 30+ min wait. This last visit took the cake. We had an order for our family totaling 15 items. Only 7 items were in the bag. Missed over half the order. I can overlook a once or twice mixup but since they can’t give refunds in the store, I guess that means 1800tacobell is on speed dial if I decide to ever go there again."
