"The teenagers are really rude!!! They don’t know how to greet you OR say EXCUSE ME!! I didn’t know where the line started so I just stood behind a group of boys when it was my turn the young lady said “ umm the line starts over there” so I just laughed and said okay then another lady rung me up and she didn’t not greet me and had an attitude worst experience!!!!"

"I checked the store hours on Google and it said open till 8:00 p.m. but when I got there around 6:50 p.m. on March 28, 2023 it was closed. Please update the store hours so this doesn't happen with other people."

"My experience was HORRIBLE I was exchanging 3 pairs of jeans my son was gifted for Christmas from his grandparents. He couldn't fit them all we wanted was a exchange for a bigger size. First off they were all teenagers with horrible attitudes and customer service. I explained to them this was a gift and we didn't have a receipt. Olivia proceeded to ask me do you have an your order # again this was a gift I do not. Well we can't help you without it. It's ppl behind you as if I wasn't important. I reached out to my mother who is a ED physician who was at work to get the oder number. I was treated as if I had stolen these jeans when all we wanted was a bigger size. Tags were still attached. Once she realized I had an order # her whole attitude changed. I will never shop here horrible customer service and experience"

"Waited for 2 hours for my curbside pickup order, and no one ever came out after calling me to tell me 2 hours ago that they would send someone out. I called the store about 10 times throughout the 2 hours to see if they were still coming and no answer. Would have just gone inside but had my dog in the car with me. Left without picking up my order."

"Location looks nice and clean. Finding it wasn’t very easy due to mall signs not being very easy to find. Hollister is located in the west wing if coming in from the main entrance. Ticked one mark because staff wasn’t very social, no greeting, no checking to see if you needed help or anything. To be fair it’s after the holidays and the mall is pack so their keeping busy. I personally don’t mind the lack of communication but most customers will be very displeased with this since a large part of retail is customer service. Checkout was quick helpful and kind."
