"We had never heard of this place until we got a few ads in the mail. We both ordered a cheesesteak (no pizza sauce), it came out hot and fresh. Bread was excellent. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for having fries as an option!"

"We came here as a group of 6 on a Saturday at 8:20ish pm. The place had two people who looked like employees sitting at the tables. Right away I noticed the grill was very dirty and 3-4 employees stood around and didn't care. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking. Floors were dirty, tables needed to be wiped, the kitchen/prep area had Halloween spiderweb hanging in it which made me wonder, how are they able to wipe and clean things with it in the way? The refrigerators were very dirty and looked like they have never been cleaned on the outside, so is it the same inside? I didn't use the bathroom but my kids said it was dirty (for this reason I went to Publix for the restroom). The food came out and didn't look appetizing at all. We ordered Reuben and it didn't taste like it at all. My sister in law had a Philly wrap and right after dinner felt very sick. I'm feeling unwell the next morning. I don't recommend this place. It's dirty and the food is not good at all. I recommend you go across the street to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's instead for a clean, healthy environment."

"Ordered online and an entire sandwich was missing. I'm even more upset about it being my daughter's sandwich. There were only 3 items, 2 sandwiches and an order of fries. I just don't understand. Please pay attention and do better. My second time trying this place & most likely the last. My steak & cheese tastes horrible my daughter will not eat half. The fries are ok. Not worth it"
