"Literally the worst drive thru location I’ve ever been to. No one in the drive thru, we pull up and order a chicken sandwich combo, and three piece supremes combo. We get to the window and ask if we had the 3 piece chicken? No one else in the drive the so idk who else it could be. They hand us the one meal and didn’t add the chicken sandwich combo. I said we also had the number 10 combo. They said we don’t have any chicken sandwiches… I’m like ok then just do another three piece. They said can you pull back around through again we have a timer. Excuse me? You screw up my simple order and tell me to your out of something so decide to just not give it to me or tell me till the end? And then have the nerve to tell me to come back through and just shut the window? At this point there’s 4 cars in the drive thru so we just left and I decided I’d rather just not eat then deal with this location again. Unfortunately it’s Sunday and the Chick-Fil-A across the street is closed. We’ve been here countless times as we live 3min down the road and it’s always been bad but this was the worst. Avoid!"

"Arrived at 5pm on a Saturday to get an 8 piece family meal. I began to order in the drive thru and the attendant said…”we don’t have that”. I asked inquisitively…. You don’t have chicken?! He stated…”we don’t have enough for that”. Dumbfounded I drove off. How does a chicken place not have enough chicken for an 8 piece meal on a Saturday afternoon/evening? Poor management/employees? IDK but not sure how long you can stay open when you don’t have 8 pieces of chicken ready to go. Whateva…."

"Ordered in drive through a 12 piece with 3 sides, Mac n cheese, mash potatoes and dirty rice, got the Mac and cheese and mash potato but it didn't come with gravy. Some how the past 3 times I've visited this store my order is always missing something or messed up. Last two times I went to get a 3 piece combo which was supposed to be one leg 2 thighs instead the first time I got 2 leg and one breast and the second time it's 3 legs. I feel like everyone is so rushed in there that they're not paying attention to what the menu items are or what's in the order and just wanna push it out the window as fast as possible."

"Not very good customer service got to drive through waited over 10 minutes place my order in drive through. Also got my order wrong twice wasn't a big deal but sucked. It was just missing item not orders done improperly which is good. The lady supervisor was extremely rude though rushing us and signaling us to go despite my order not being given to us. Also making some nasty faces to us when all we wanted was what we ordered and paid for."

"Food was good. Service was slow, but the manager was trying her best. One of the cooks walked out to get a drink, and I noticed he doesn't know how to pull his pants up all the way."
