"Got there at 9:40 pm. Was told they were out of roast beef and burgers and had been since 8pm. How the heck can Arby's be out of Roast beef? Several days later on 12-18 at 8:41 pm. Again they were out of roast beef."

"Can’t believe I let my debit card go through on the pin pad. I felt like i was gonna pass out after food. I had immediate regret of pulling out my wallet to make a purchase. me and my friends all went tonight and the only friend who enjoyed the food was high off a perc, the one and only time I will ever come to this establishment ever again. I actually have worms and food poisoning. I would’ve rather had a lunch-able. I’ve never smiled more leaving an establishment. And as a fat man Ive never frowned eating food before. I’d rather gamble what food a homeless man has than eat Arby’s again."

"I would not feed this so called cheesesteak sandwich to a dog. You guys need to stick to roast beef sandwiches and stay in your lane. There are numerous complaints at corporate about this nasty sandwich. And management please do not respond by telling me to email concerns to some other entity besides this location. You see it right here!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Unless you want to be treated like you are an idiot. The night shift manager or at least I think that is what she is will treat you like you are. And God forbid you ask for extra sauce on a sandwich or anything out of the norm. She will act like it's the most disgusting thing you could ask for and the way she talks to you when you're ordering will make you feel bad for asking. And she will argue with you if you say something is wrong. And then tell the next customer in line in the drive through about what you said. How do I know this you ask? Because she has told me what happened with the customer in line in front of me. I'm sorry but this type of attitude and customer service is uncalled for. But hey if you like that kinda thing knock yourself out. As for me and mine we are done with this place. And yes it has happened more than once to me and people I know."
