Arby's

"Upon arrival I was told they were out of roast beef. I ordered brisket and proceeded to the window and paid. After waiting about 5 minutes I was told they were out of brisket. I was given a refund. How does Arby's run out of roast beef and brisket? I got the impression they do not want business."

"This Arby's is new and the lady working the register was kind and helpful. Its very clean and I like the way it looks on the inside. I had the sliders. They are my favorite. I've eaten here before using the drive through. Their food seems to always be of good quality."

"Good customer service. Food is always fresh. The only difficulty I have at this location is seeing the screen to order, especially at night. The print is a little small and hard for me to read from where the speaker is. Other than that. I’ve had good experiences at this location."

"Very little Roast beef on the sandwiches. $30 for three sandwiches and fries. No drinks were ordered. I waited 15 minutes for fries, and by then, the sandwiches were cold. Also, what’s with the religious marketing material in my bag? If I want to get preached to, I’ll go to church. Not sure what is happening at this Arby’s?"

"This is apparently a new location. It’s nice looking and all. Pretty empty however. Food was pretty good but I ordered the half pound roast beef and cheddar meal. Definitely not a half pound sandwich at all. The seats at the booths need cleaning as well as the windowsills. Haven’t checked out the restrooms because I didn’t have to go bad enough. Customer service is a little on the rough side. They are all mingling outside and at the seats. But food was okay other than the roast beef."
