"This location has the worst customer service. I place my order, drive to the first window. No one is there so I proceed to the second window. The Hispanic lady at the window snatches my money ($10) and $15 gift card out of my hand and says “Why didn’t you pay back there” and walks off. She comes comes back with a receipt and my gift card. The total was $19.47. I asked for my change which would’ve been $5.53. I said I gave you a $15 gift card and the difference should have been taken out of the $10 bill I gave you. She says well you didn’t tell me. Ma’am You snatched my money so fast and walked off before I could say anything to you. She then proceeded to say well I can’t fix it. You can’t get your money back. Furthermore my order was wrong I asked for no egg and I had egg on everything. I also did not receive my orange juice that came with the meal. I did not go back and make a big deal out of this at the store because I don’t like to make decisions fueled off of anger. However I am upset with how this whole visit went. $20 is a lot of money to waste on food that is prepared incorrectly."

"Drivethru placed my order and paid. Pull up window to pick up. Get my items but an additional drink. I say, I'm owed another Sprite. The detached young women, then looks at me awkward and asked for my receipt, like I'm trying to steal a sprite. Alot of time passed by looking for my receipt cause I folded and tucked it, it's been a very long time since I had to pull my receipt back out at a fast food spot. Then the manager comes, and I find it. I just do not understand how she or the manager wasn't on that side to see my order. What were they doing? Finally get my sprite and pull off looking at the manager looking at me like I stole something. Just weird and absolutely sick. The operations of this McDonald's is absolutely horrendous."

"Atmosphere gets a 5 due to the probability that you may see or hear anything from the employees. Usually comical but that doesn't even save this locations poor entries and exits, to go along with sub par execution of the fast food theme. No matter the management this location has remained unchanged."

"Fraud. Cutting corners is not the way to do business. My order was for a frappe with no wip cream. The drink was 1 inch under and i was told that was for wip cream. I have never experienced this. And i feel cheated. I will never go back this place. Even the order was french fries seemed less. This is cheap. Secondly, a drive through is not a place to socialize.. the lady in front of me spend 5 mins at the billing counter having a friendly chat. I do not appreciate that. She could have walking to the store for that chat. Very un professional. I usually dont complain but I am really disappointed."
