"Great customer service! Always friendly! Building relationships is key!"
"I accidentally left my purse in the store on Saturday, December 24. The store was not open on Christmas Day so, I returned on Monday, December 26. A team member retrieved my purse and there was absolutely nothing missing. I am truly grateful and thankful for these team members. It's nice to see and know that there are still good people in this world. Thank you Advance Auto in Creedmoor, NC."
"I had the pleasure of being helped by a associate by the name of “Brendan H.” This morning at the creedmoor location! He was completely quick, awesome, and sufficient and very very polite! The best customer service I’ve had in a long time"
"Great place, but I had to park along the entrance with my RV, small parking area. I needed a few items including a transmission flush products, Carson was off great assistance and had a great sense of humor as well. Thanks again. Oh I parked across the street and walked to Sonic that had a HUGE dip, my RV wouldn't have made it down that hill. The food was good. Never had it before. I thought it was cool and strange that I had to order on monitor outside and they brought the food out. Safety First I guess. Good luck and be safe."
"I have been coming to this location very frequently as of late. As it's the closest store by far, and I'm getting 7 vehicles ready to make a cross-country road trip. Every single time I come to this store, I have to wait to get helped. One incident, I was standing in line to be helped behind two other people and when it came time to help me the guy changed computers and started helping other people. These people just walked in. It literally would have taken less than 1 minute to help me. Are you kidding me? It's not like I'm invisible. Another time it took them 22 minutes to finally help me. Not an exaggeration. Literally 22 minutes. Only 3 customers including myself. One customer who had an air freshener in his hands, left the line, put the air freshener back on the shelf, and left the store. The only reason I stayed, is because I'm only there to pick up an online order. That's it. Nothing more nothing less. I can literally see my order on the shelf with a ticket on it ready to be picked up. But every single time it takes 5-10 times longer than it should just to pick up my order. Speaking of the online order "picking". More than a handful of times, the order was wrong. Instead of pulling the part by the actual part number, someone pulled it based off the description. For example; I ordered an oil change special, which was supposed to be a 5 quart jug of oil and an oil filter. The filter was correct, but the oil that was pulled and placed on the shelf, was a single quart of oil. That doesn't even make sense. The good news is that, only a couple of times, have I arrived and my order hasn't even been pulled yet. It's takes me about 30 minutes to drive to the store, but I have never arrived less than a solid hour, after I complete my online order. In the past 3 months, my experiences have never been pleasant. Not a single one. It's almost comical. The time it takes to actually pickup these online orders, is actually no different than if I were to just walk in and go through the whole process in the store. I'm not sure what's going on here. But I would rather drive even further out to one of the Durham locations, if I even try AAP again. I have been exclusively buying my parts from Advance Auto parts for 20 years now. However this one location has caused me to rethink my loyalty."
