"While I went for the simply southern line and they didn't have what I was originally looking for on display, I did however see they had some new items. I saw some new toys and some new simply southern items and a few new yetis which I might have to come back for lol. I saw these cute little breakfast teddy bears for $7.99 I almost got every single one they had. There was some new teeturtle plushies as well. The new yetis had some vibrant colors I had never seen before which caught my eye. Simply southern had come out on display with raincoats and Sherpa shorts which I had definitely never seen them before. I think I might have to make a palmetto trip soon lol."

"Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I was given a defective product and I was told I had to pay for shipping. To send it back and they didn't even have the item anymore. Their stuff is cute but they don't stand behind anything."

"Total waste of time. I went in person specifically to try on brands I had never worn. December 2022 and fitting rooms aren’t open. You might as well be an online-only store."

"Not really about the store, but their return process was super weird. I brought my receipt for an even exchange, (so just downsizing the same shirt) and they still asked me for my ID and phone number. When I asked if I need to provide that even with my receipt, I was told yes without really an explanation. I chalked it up to just being their POS and how it’s set up, but I still didn’t feel comfortable providing my personal information to just make a return. Just wanted to let others know to bring your ID even if you have a receipt because you won’t be able to make a return."

"Went in to do a return. I walked in to 2 employees giving me dirty, rude looks. I said “Hi” in a nice tone and proceeded to walk to the counter to do my return. The return went well, that employee was very nice. BUT afterwards, those same employees continued to stare me down and give me rude looks. i love this store but will not return. Will give another company my business!"
