"Well wait time is way to long, service you never know if a fight will break out, just not a safe place, to many homeless setting around in and outside. I think management needs to focus more on making sure employees or getting the reason for being an employee. They do have good employees but like anything if life you must nurture the soul."

"For this place to have 2 lanes and only one window working, it's the slowest restaurant there is. Ask for hot French fries. By the time I got there, the fries were ice cold and unreal. It's just unreal! After posting this, I wasn't going back to this restaurant. But my grandson needs French fries. Don't want them cooked from home, just Mickey D.. So I gave them a second chance... "Just left mickey dzs in village e Durham NC. Ordered 1 regular cheeseburger in drive thru and quoted price was $2.99. I asked again to be sure and same $2.99 repeated to me. McDonald's pray ppl get sense and not spend a penny with you at all. That shrunken piece of sausage patties and tasteless cheese coupled with $$$$ as I walked all should. Definitely not worth it. Corporate get off your lazy *** and send someone privately to this location. Promise this is the worst McDonald's in Durham. Not speaking of outside the door but inside. Plz send someone inside to TRY placing an order. Ppl are not lying about experiences. The location is convenient but honestly needs to be boycotted."
