"Horrible/Condensing attitude and poor customer service. I have did business with this place twice and was expected to have a 3rd service done. Never had an issue until today especially with the manager. He was a complete jerk. Seems like he was having a bad day or overwhelmed which showed all over his face and attitude. For one he picked up the phone and immediately said "Hold please". No greeting, didn't ask just picked up and placed on hold. I went in the store 1 hr later and advised that I was there to get my camera replaced. With an attitude he says something on the line of "well what it is for? Idk if we ordered it, who did what, ma'am" idk what's going on. It was like he was frustrated that i simpified my inquiry. If he didn't understand my inquiry just say that but being a jerk about it and then laughing as I walked away is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is specifically for the manager/owner and not the actual repair guy with the glasses who has always been helpful and maintained a positive attitude. I'll find another location with better service regardless of the distance."
