"This is always the one and only gripe I ever seem to have when eating at any chic fila. Does this look like a full fry container? Apparently it is because that’s the way they all come. Nothing is cheap these days. It would be nice to feel like you’re getting what you pay for."

"First off the young girl that handed me my food was very rude and didn’t speak at all. Looked like she absolutely didn’t want to be there. Also I paid extra money for a large fry only to receive half a container of fries and the other half was filled with the condiments I requested. Glad my fries were topped with condiments that had touched people’s hands!!"

"A couple of weeks ago we went on vacation to LA (the theme parks) we found a chick fil a for breakfast and we liked it, we came back home, we came to buy the same thing and it turns out that it is smaller, it was cold and greasy. I think that quality was different and now I’m feeling dissatisfied. no more breakfasts at CFA ☹️"

"Ordered 3 platters for an event recently from the Matthews store. Arrived to pick them up at 4:37 and everyone scrambles and can't find the order.... triple checking that I am at the right location ~ that's the first story. 2nd story was we didn't arrive between 4:15-4:30 so they had to throw it all out and start over (this has never been an issue in the past - and you would probably know immediately that this is the person you just threw out a lot of food because of) then a 3rd story...probably the best one was the lettuce had wilted - ON A COOL WRAP?!?! Ridiculous~honesty would have been way more appreciated!! Finally got the $136+ order home and what was ordered to be a medium sandwich platter was a small. Called and a female manager could not have cared less. Called customer care and received an email back from Deno the owner 2 days later.... a few measly sandwiches and nuggets to make up for it in my account. A refund would have been more than reasonable in this situation. Yes... what you see in the picture.....$136. Never again! Next time I'll make sure to give Publix a 24 hour notice and get great food on time and a correct order"

"First time here after they rebuild the place. Nice staff and service was quick. The new layout is so much better than the old one. Flow of traffic is easy and drive through has a lot more room for cars. As always food was great."
