"One of the few that stays open 24 hours with a great crew. Had some growing pains with food delivery but is operating smoothly now. I go there often since I deliver food from there and food is pretty good for McD's"
"I was ordered just right now and they got my order completely wrong. I order 1 frappe and got 3 charging me. they didn't even give me a number 3 when i asked for it. Also i asked for 2 medium sprite and they gave me 1 large and 1 medium. Employees here don’t listen."
"Food was good but the workers attitudes were rude. It was like we bothered them when we asked for stuff. On top of the fact my drinks for kids meals were forgotten and I had to ask for them also. Get workers who enjoy their job. I work in the restaurant industry so I know how it can be and I am never rude to my guests, no matter what! Let's try and spread positivity through the guests!"
"I am deaf. I had problems with her. I was stand by window by her. I was wait on her to finish order with other customer. She look at me and I show numbers that ordered online. Then she changed so quickly. She keep talked to me and I sign language to her she keep point to car. She is keep stubborn. I point to paper so we can communicate by write. She won't. So I knock on window with yell for help. Nobody come and fix this problem. She need learn how to communicate with deaf."
"Mr. Al is what they called him, made the entire restaurant become the definition of ghetto. He cursed at a car in the drive through for parking in the incorrect spot infront of my two little girls and was so rude towards us. I’m guessing he was a manager since his uniform was a bit different. He is the a great example of giving someone who has never had power a little taste of it and they’ll not only abuse it but also the people around it. People like this should not work in customer service."
