"Website says open 24 hours, however door sign says dining room open at 6:00 am on Sunday which is confusing enough, however we were there at 6:30 and doors locked? Finally were let in and were told we couldn’t order at counter and had to use kiosk. Kiosk malfunctioned. No ice available at self-serve. Saw one other customer give up and leave. Would love to see this location thrive instead of fail. I rarely write bad reviews, but hoping management or headquarters will turn this around. The kiosk system is not working. If too short staffed to open dining room…please at least put a note on door and stop ignoring people who want to order at counter vs kiosk or drive through."

"I came through tonight and ordered a strawberry milkshake and an apple pie. I drive straight home 1/2 mile away and this is my shake. $4 for a shake that’s not full and not even mixed well. Also, employees don’t even acknowledge you at all when you walk in. You may literally stand there for 10-20 minutes before they’ll even come ask you what you need. These employees act like it’s an inconvenience for you to be there. This store has horrible customer service."

"I came to this McDonald’s because it’s not too far from where I live. As I pulled in the drive thru, the lady asked me for my order, I began to tell her that I would like a 2B. As I’m getting ready to tell her what I don’t want on my burger, she/he lets out a big sigh as if I was bothering him/her. It was very rude and disrespectful. I will be following up with cooperate because this McDonald’s always has issues."

"Upon going into the store, no one was at the register, I stood there for several minutes for a young lady to come up but she did not acknowledge me. She proceeded to I assume, check her register, and then walk away. After still standing there another young lady comes up. I asked her was it breakfast or lunch she proceeded to say it was lunch and walk away While I’m still standing there now a few minutes have went on and no one still comes to take my order so therefore I left the store and found something to eat elsewhere. Customer service at this location definitely is a NO GO I was from out of town, but definitely would not go back to that location ."
