"First time really out in Charlotte area with my brother in law and he said this spot was on his list to try. Guess word is ppl need to stop by. Bet. I'm picky about burgers, not really my go to but I must say I did have anything bad to say. Grabbed the single w/ fries. All the staff handling food had gloves and even wrapped the burger with paper w/out touching it. Place was clean burger wasn't messy. Could of used a lil more comeback sauce but I killed it quick. They have some other interesting menu items I want to try next time I'm in town. I won't mention, just gotta see for your self."

"TLDR, the food and milkshake tasted divine, the business very clean and organized, but the wait time is longer than I was expecting for a restaurant like this. It took a long time to order despite a relatively short line, then the food took another 10-15 minutes before I received it, sans the milkshake I ordered. The staff were all polite and friendly. The burger and fries were VERY good. Everything was hot and fresh and I got the built burger exactly as I ordered it. But by the time I finished my food, I still hadn't received my milkshake despite others receiving theirs and the person who took my order saying they'd have it to me soon when he gave me my food. I had to go up a second time and ask for it again. When I received it, it was EXCELLENT. Cannot stress enough how tasty things were besides the long wait."

"Ace No 3 is a favorite of mine. This was my first time visiting the Concord Mills location though. My husband and I shared: - The Ace Burger - Burger Madness - Grand Prix Pepperjack - Fries - Confetti Cake Shake The Ace Burger is the one I always come back to as my favorite no matter what else I order. I enjoyed the rest of the food too. As painful as it is to give them 3 stars, the service was absolutely awful while we were there. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, completely ignored because they were busy. There was a huge line of people behind us too. I understand if a place is busy, but at a place that's fast casual, I would expect them to take our order so we can sit down and then there may be a longer wait for our food. The only reason we were ever able to place an order is because we went online (while standing at the register) and placed an order. So basically, they serve online customers, but not the ones standing in front of them. We saw many people leave because of how ridiculous it was. I have no idea if they ever took orders the entire time we were there. I still love Ace No 3, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I'll stick to Belmont/Myers Park from now on."
