"Such a fun place, I went and had a great meal on the first day of the new year, I had wanted to stop here since they opened. The employees here are so nice and very helpful... thank you panda for making my stop in awesome, oh I did dine in,"

"I would rate probably 3.5 stars if that were an option. We waited inside in the line for about 20 minutes, and then it took us another 10 or more minutes to check out. There were only 2 people ahead of us when we entered. The girls working behind the corner were super polite, but there was no real sense of urgency or anything to get us checked out. Once the food was inside of the trays they placed them on the counter and then we had to wait about another 4-5 minutes for the cashier to check us out. The food was okay. I would say it was worth the price, but it was still rather bland. They were also out of a lot of menu items. I would probably order from one of the other Asian places in Concord rather than this place."

"I used the drive thru and the quantity is half of what you usually get when you go in store. I am disappointed. They recently opened this store and I feel like quality and quantity is going down pretty quick. And don’t forget to get your own cutlery, they don’t give you forks, spoons or napkins, because after leaving the store we realized there is no spoon or fork given to eat. We had to stop by at a gas station to purchase our own. 2 starts for the taste."

"TERRIBLE ALREADY. I placed my order at 6:30 and arrived about 10 minutes later. My food wasn’t ready and the store was a bit busy so I expected a wait. Well I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for my food to be ready which is absolutely ridiculous. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and food was all over the floor. When I finally arrive home my order was completely wrong. How can this already be happening and you haven’t been open even a month. I’d rather drive out of the way to huntersville to get better service and know my order is going to be made on time and CORRECT. Does this look like string bean chicken ??? No. Was never communicated by an employee it was not available and asked for a replacement."

"So happy to finally have a panda nearby! I stopped by tonight in the drive through. The person who greeted me and took my order was friendly and took time to repeat my order to make sure it was right, even with them being very busy. When I got to the window the customer service was also excellent. The food was delicious!"
