"This McDonald’s normally has the most rude and nonchalant employees who clearly hate their job. BUT Jaden was such a treat! So friendly. So attentive. So personable and respectful. GO JADEN!! We need more like you."

"Male person at the window was very rude and yelled at me. I ask for his manager and she also was very rude. They didn't ring up my complete order and when I tried to pay and get the rest of the order I was told very loudly that I had to back thru the drive thru again or come in the store. My food was cold."

"The food portions are smaller, no customer service or cashier anymore. Asked if here or Togo, no napkins or ketchup in bag, has to go too the counter twice to get the items missing. Was given two small napkins and two handfuls of ketchup. Shared the ketchup with other customers in the same position. Not a friendly place, very umpersonable. I guess this is what happen after a pandemic."

"Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla shake. The girl at the window said that's how the machine makes them and it's all I could get...... Ended up with a melted vanilla shake with hot fudge on top. Then 2 sauce packs of the wrong sauce for my 10 piece nugget. And onions on a burger I ordered without onions. I get it things happen but when something is clearly wrong just fix it especially when the customer is so easy to please as I was. I left sad and unsatisfied."

"This place has really gone downhill fast. The drive thur line was wrapped around the building. Then when you go inside. I was told they're not taking orders because the line was to long. This is the main reason I prefer chic fila over all other fast food restaurants. They don't have these issues even with a long line they handle it."
