"Rude employees. They lie about wait time. I can wait 45 minutes just be honest! Manager stood there trying to argue about how long I had "actually" been waiting (30 mins). I just got a refund and walked out."

"Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They make you use the app to order. Then the app says my email is invalid and won’t let me order. Finally connect to a person to place an order. I get a hit and ready pizza. I arrive 10 minutes later and my pizza is neither hot nor ready. Another 35 minutes (45 total) and I finally get my pizza. What’s the point of ordering ahead or having ready pizza if it isn’t ready."

Thank you for keeping it simple and helping support an affordable option! and for those who like cheese pizza, they will rather make it fresh because plain cheese tends to not endure as long, so order ahead if you just want cheese pizza. CONSIDER DIGITAL ORDERING. if you are like me and want to eat the pizza immediately, this will allow the pizza to set up as you travel to the pick up location. other people need a hot pizza because they have to drive back to places like chapel hill where there is no Little Caesar's (Hint Hint) they also have this internet ordering koisk. order off the app, and head to the location. I think i will use this feature next time so i can let my pizza set up while enroute."
