"Pizza is great for a chain place and always a good deal with their coupons on their app and the prices scale well with the number of people you are feeding. Only the pizzas are worth their prices though. 6 tater tots or the equivalent of 2 chicken tenderloins for the same price as a medium 2 topping is kinda a ripoff when using their on doing "any" deals"
"By far the worst customer service experience i’ve had in a LONGG time. i got a big order for yesterday night on Tuesday to order in advance. I was charged sometime Wednesday. About two hours before the time of delivery, i decided to call to make sure everything was still good, since i had gotten charged, but received no confirmations or anything. Once i called, i was on the phone for over 30 minutes because they said they couldn’t find my order. i spoke to multiple people and they had no clue how many pizzas i even wanted, the address it was getting delivered to, everything was wrong or they didn’t know. Mind you, they know nothing about my order but still are SUPER rude on the phone, and are constantly putting me on hold or sending me back to the automated messaging without saying anything. How are y’all gonna charge a customer $140 but have no actual information about the order? Literally the worst management and customer service probably in chapel hill. So disappointed, 100% unreliable."
"I ordered a pizza Friday night, waited a long time. I understand that they are short staffed and it’s hard to get orders on time specially, on weekends. I called the store. They told me that my order had been mixed up so someone would be back to pick it up and deliver it. I waited another 30 minutes, when I tried to call back, they hung up on me, and would not answer my calls. I was unable to drive to the store to have this resolved, but they still managed to charge this on my card. Saturday I called them they answered and I told him if there was anyway I could get this re-ordered, the guy was very rude and said that it would take at least an hour. I said it was fine. I just wanted my items. They hung up on me, they have very poor management in the store. Poor customer service, they don’t care about making their customers happy. I am still having this resolved through my bank because the store didn’t even take care of it."
"Before I start let me just say, before these ridiculous Domino's customer service people come on to start gaslighting about how they care and to personally contact them and stuff to make things right in order to publicly save face... NO - I have contacted them 4 times. Their customer service expertly IGNORES me each and every time. If they are coming on and doing that again it is just gaaslighting. . They screw up half the time, they are rude, and the food is mediocre. I LET ALL THAT GO. Today they made a mistake through a glitch on the website (it was not the type and size I ordered, and it had something I was allergic to) and that mistake cost me $30 at a time when medical bills are killing me. They refused to help saying what it said on the computer even though I told him it was glitching. Also, the manager was VERY rude. He yelled at me, he was snarky, and told me he didn't care if I came back, etc. I AM A LOYAL Customer (at least one order a week or more) and to be treated that way is unacceptable. But the most galling part of the experience was the manager's behavior. You don't scream, snark at, and act rude to loyal regular customers. It was the manager in charge between 2:30-3:30 PM at the store with the address of 412 E Main St, Carrboro, NC I'll let others know. I am posting as many bad reviews to let people know."
"I am a big fan of domino's. Just bring this incident to you. Sunday July 17 I Wan at the Carrboro location to place the order the time is around 12.00 oclcok the staff cam out and said store pickup is closed. I need the place the order online or call.tried to place online it's says schedule the order for next day. Called the store but Noone pickup the phone. So please post the hours properly. The poster says the closing time is 2 oclcok."
