"Placed order for curbside pickup since I spained my ankle. Waited 15-20 minutes nobody came. So I went through the drive through guy at the first window was awesome and tried to help me out. Made it to the second window lady brushed me off and told me to pulled forward and they'll bring it out. Nobody showed up. Went through again about 10 min later. Guy at the first window was great went and got the food going. Lady at the second window said this time said that she didn't have my order and i have to order inside. So the guy from the first window ran out and brought part of the order. But I didn't have time to wait on the rest so I had to leave without over half the order or a refund so I wouldn't be late for work I didn't have time to go through the drive through again."

"In the store, I watched the guy bag my sandwich and stare at the board. A couple minutes later he turns around and tells me he's waiting on fries (that I just watched get dropped). I asked the guy if that was my sandwich he bagged, and he says yeah. I say that I'm not happy with the sandwich sitting out and getting cold while I wait. Both he and the manager assure me that it won't be. I think both were under the assumption that once it's in the bag it doesn't cool down (and must think heat lamps for staging is just for show). I know how this is going to go, but ok. The fries come up, I say thanks and leave. Get in the car and immediately take a bite. Shocker, it's maybe a notch above room temp. I had it remade and it was good (yeah, I know what I'm risking). But of course in all that, I forgot to ask for my drink and didn't realize until half way back to work."

"We dined in and ordered thru the self kiosk. Had to grab a table number from.behind the register as there was nobody in the front. I asked why the side entrance was not open for disabled access and girl said manager knew it was closed. My daughter had to walk around to the further entrance from handicapped parking with a hip injury. The tables were not wiped down, food order was wrong and the only thing they got right was the soda doesn't taste watered down. A few months ago we went thru drive thru and had a completely different experience. This time I was completely disappointed and appalled any manager would want their location to be in this condition. Or owner for that matter."

"Absolutely DISGUSTED. Bit into my burger and saw nothing but raw pink meat. Appetite disappeared. Despite having it delivered I went to the store to get it addressed, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. NO apology, no regrets over it. A nonchalant, couldn't care less attitude. Terrible."
